Your consent would also allow Bank of Arkansas to obtain your electronic signature in connection with your loan application.

After a successful completion of your online loan application, the remainder of the loan approval process will be conducted offline. Disclosures received apply to the current application only.


To access and retain Loan information from Bank of Arkansas, you must be able to view the material on your monitor. Adobe Acrobat Reader® is required to view disclosures related to your application request. You may download the software at for free. The download process may take a few minutes and please note that Adobe’s terms and conditions govern your use of the Adobe product. You must also be able to print all the Loan Information. Most browsers provide a convenient method of printing the material you view on your monitor.

If you do not have the required hardware and/or software, or if you do not wish to receive loan information or sign your loan application and Required Consumer Information electronically, you can opt for an alternative paper application process by clicking “I Do Not Consent” at the bottom of this disclosure.

You agree to print all state and federally mandated disclosures and other information in connection with your online loan application and keep a copy for your records. If you have any trouble printing or accessing any Loan Information, you may call Bank of Arkansas and request paper copies free of charge by calling Bank of Arkansas Express Bank - 1 (800) 888-4579.
How to update Email Address
If you need to update your email address or other contact information with ______ Bank of Arkansas, you may do so by calling us at Bank of Arkansas Express Bank - 1 (800) 888-4579).
Bank of Arkansas Option to Send Paper
Bank of Arkansas, may, at its option, deliver Loan Information on paper if we choose to do so.  Bank of Arkansas may also require that certain Loan Information from you be delivered to us on paper at a specified address.
Withdrawing Consent:
If you do not consent to receive Loan Information electronically, then cancel the application and apply in person at your nearest branch or by calling us at Bank of Arkansas Express Bank - 1 (800) 888-4579. Bank of Arkansas cannot accept and process our loan application until we deliver certain state and federally required disclosures to you on paper and receive your signed paper application.
